We want every attendee to feel confident booking their seat at Workshop Led. This policy outlines how refunds, transfers and cancellations are handled.
Ticket Refunds
- Refund requests within 7 days of purchase, and at least 30 days before the event, are eligible for a full refund.
- After that window, tickets become non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee at our discretion.
Event Cancellation
If the summit is cancelled by the organizers, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or a transferable credit toward a future summit of equal or greater value.
Upgrades
Regular Pass holders may upgrade to a VIP Pass at any time before the event by paying the difference, subject to availability.
